The End, Chapter 2: Blaze finds out

The next morning, Blaze and Silver were the last to wake up. There were still storm clouds outside and the grass was still wet from the storm last night. Silver remembered that he had hid the diary under the pillow and made sure he hid it so nobody saw it.  Once everyone was all set and ready to go, Silver hid the diary in his backpack. When they made their way back into the sol dimension, Silver dashed into his room and closed the door.
"Well that was weird." Blaze said.
King Flame and Queen Ember nodded.
"I'll go check on him." Ember said, walking to the door of his room. She lightly knocked on it. "Silver, honey? Are you okay?"
"Uh, Yeah mom, I'm fine." Silver said as he tried to find a place to hide the diary.
"Can I come in?" Ember asked.
"Just..Hang on a sec.." Silver said as he put a book cover on it. "Okay, you can come in."
Queen Ember entered the room and looked at Silver curiously. "Is everything alright?"
"Yeah, I'm fine." Silver said. "I was just eager to study."
"Oh, alright. I'll leave you alone then." Queen Ember said before she exited the room, closing the door behind her.  
Silver sat down on his bed as he pulled out the diary and started to read the next entry.
"Dear Diary." He thought. "Today, Shadow and I returned from our honeymoon and I've got some awesome news. We're having a baby! I found it really hard to believe. But I can't wait, I'm really excited. So, Shadow had to quit working from the G.U.N, because they were making him do stupid missions. The other day, they made him look for a Chaos Emerald, weird thing was we've found all 7 of them, and Knuckles is doing a great job guarding the Master Emerald. So, anyways, Snively and Eggman were at it again. But the problem is, since I'm pregnant, Shadow didn't want me or the baby to get hurt, so I had to just sit down and watch. Good news is, another robot is gone. It's late, so i'm tired and I should get to bed, g'night. ~Riana"
Silver continued to read the entry's, one after another. When it was time for dinner, he had already gone through 10 of them. He put Riana's diary down before he got up and ran into the dining room. He sat down on a chair and ate quickly before running back into his room. Blaze looked at his foster brother curiously and followed him into his room. She opened the door and looked at him funny.
"What'cha reading?" Blaze asked, walking over to him. Silver slammed the diary shut and grinned sheepishly.
"Nothing!" Silver exclaimed.
Blaze walked over to Silver and looked at his book. Silver moved it away from her though.
"C'mon Silver..Lemme see it." Blaze said.
"No!" Silver said, moving the book farther away.
"Is it a diary? YOU have a diary!?" Blaze giggled, trying to grab the book from his hands.
"N-No!" Silver gasped. "Its not mine! I found it in that house that we stayed in the other night!"
Blaze stopped and looked at him curiously.
"You found a diary?" She asked. "Can I read it?"
"Its just about some girl named Riana and her husband, Shadow." Silver explained. "She's gonna have a baby soon apparently."
"Wow." Blaze said. "Then what?"
"Well I don't know." Silver said.
"Skip to the end!" Blaze cheered.
"Okay." Silver said.
He opened the book and flipped to the last page. There were words that could barely be made out, scribbles on the page, and blood at the bottom of the page.
"Oh my gosh.." Silver gasped.
"Dear Diary.." Blaze started. "Well..This is the end..Eggaman had finally..W..W..When?"
"I think it says Who." Silver said, looking at it.
"Well, she didn't write her signature, and there's blood, so its not good." Blaze said.
"What if there was a way to go back in time and warn them about this?" Silver asked.
"Are you crazy?!" Blaze jumped. "There's a way, but you could mess up the time now! Its really hard to explain."
"Well..I'll think about it.." Silver sighed.
"I really hope that you don't..but it is your choice.." Blaze said. "I hope you make the right one..."
She exited the room and Silver sighed. "It doesn't seem right to just let them die and not do anything..especially when I have that ability to go back and warn them..."
Silver sighed and pulled a purple sol emerald out of his drawer before he opened up the portal.
"I'm sorry Blaze.." He said.
With those words, Silver took in a deep breath, and stepped into the portal of the past, Mobius Dimension.
